My first solo exhibition opens on 6 and 7 June 2026 in my studio in Oosterbeek, as part of Kunstroute Renkum. The exhibition is also shown at the Oosterbeek town hall.

Four series:

Traffic Jamming. Street photography through glass. Made in Tallinn, Amsterdam, Taipei and beyond. Faces and figures caught behind windows, rain and reflections. A way of looking from inside outward.

Sleepwalkers. Matsu and Taipei, 2019. A week of nocturnal walks with a fellow sleepwalker, in a period when I couldn't sleep. Photographs I didn't dare to open for years. Some images are purely photographic. Others were reworked with AI to capture something of the urban solitude that stayed in my memory but wasn't always in the original photographs. Sleepwalkers, in the plural. Because she wasn't the only one.

Toeven. Veluwe forests, made with generative AI. Rendered in the stillness of Japanese print art. The woodland I walk through every morning, seen through another medium.

Zondagsrust. Domestic rituals against catastrophic backdrops. A woman mowing the lawn while a fire rages behind her. A family dinner with a nuclear cloud reflected in the wine glasses. Fully AI-generated. Shown as a newspaper installation.

Work that stands between places. Between Taipei and the Veluwe, between observation and construction. Shown for the very first time, in the place I now call home.
